charged more than quoted

they charged me $58.00 more than their original quote. they charged me $200.00 on my credit card up front. the quote was $837.00. the amount for delivery was $637.00 to the truck driver. the truck driver told them he would do for $695.00, which ended up with me paying $58.00 more than I should have. The truck driver and myself both talked to VIP and they said the gas prices had gone up from the time I had booked with them. It was booked on 12/11/07 and delivered on 12/14/07. THEY ARE JUST TRYING TO RIP PEOPLE OFF

The 58.00 charged to the customer was for a fuel surcharge which the customer was fully aware of [paragraph #2 of the terms and conditions]. This charge is charged by the trucking company and passed on to the customer. Everyone gets this charge if the diesel fuel is going up. Unfortunately people do not like to pay.
