I decided to go with this company because they made so many great promises. Unfortunately, none of which were followed through.
Some rude guy in dispatching names "Jerry" stated that the truckers are running a little late and couldn't make the pick up on time because of the Holiday. Days went by and still the same excuses that they will make pick-up the next day.
Finally, I had enough of the game playing and decided it was time to contact the manager to get my $200 deposit back. I was then told that the manager won't be in until tomorrow and that I can't have my deposit back anyway.
PLEASE, do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from this company.... it's nothing but a SCAM!

The customer demanded that the car be picked up at 4pm on a certain date, we indicated that this is not possible, she insisted on these conditions. the customer was refunded the full deposit of $200.00, even though the contract indicates that after a truck is designated the full deposit is forfeited. these customers must realize that we are a broker and not the owners of the trucks, therefore we cannot make guarantees.
