the entire deposit was refunded to the customer. unfortunately we had hired a truck to pickup the car, 3 weeks prior to the pickup date, when it came time for the pickup the driver said that never got the work order, subsequently we spoke to the customer and explained the situation, and indicated that we would get another truck to pickup the car, she ranted and raved, and as a result we refunded the deposit. There is no reason to complain, since these things can happen with the trucking companies. The customer had been sent an email with the contract and the terms and conditions immediately after booking the order. the terms and conditions are very clear in that we have a window of 7 days from the original pickup date, we also cannot guaranty and specific time of pickup or delivery, which again is included in the terms and conditions. Evidentally, the customer received the contract and at the bottom it indicates that the contract is subject to the terms and conditions. This customer was rude from the very beginning.
