This is the worst company in the world. I called them to get a quote because I wanted to ship my Geo Tracker from NJ to FL. They gave me a price and told me I had to give them my Credit card number in order to lock the quote, I asked them if any charges were going to be made at the time since I wanted to check with other shipping companies and they said no. I spoke with Ben on a Friday, I called to cancell my order after reading all the complaints online but it was closed for the weekend so I left them lots of voicemails and emails to which they NEVER responded, first thing Monday morning I called to get my money back and they told me I had to called within 24 hours (which i was never told about) but how the hell was I supposed to do that if they were closed. Everytime I call to get my money back they tell me they don't deal with that and I have to call the department of transportation and even then they will doubt I will get my money back. Up until today I haven't received a pennie back so whatever you do and even if the price seems great, IGNORE this company they are just a SCAM!

we refunded the deposit, since again the customer read the couple of reviews and decided not to use us, we cant help that.
