If you are planning yo ship a car, make sure your broker does not use this service. They are also known as SUV transport. They picked up my car in Alabama, and left without giving the car dealership a bill of lading of condition report. The driver delivered the car to me all salted from driving conditions I couldn't even inspect the car. Upon washing (same day) I noticed tremendous amounts of damage to the front and back of car. The driver took my money, no change as given, jumped in his truck and left without giving me a copy (AGAIN) of the condition report or bill of lading. There is $1700.00 OF DAMAGE TO A BMW m3. there INSURANCE ACKNOWLEDGES THE CLAIM AND RIGHTFUL DAMAGE, BUT WILL NOT PAY because it is under their 2500 deductible policy. A JOKE!!! Now I have to fight with them to get reapirs completed. I spoke with the owner and he was rude and not helpful! AVOID LIKE THE BLACK PLAQUE!!! Update to follow.
