Sergio shipped our daughters car across country. Everything went perfect. Communication was fantastic. We used him again to ship the car back 9 months later. His communication was fantastic, provided updates as the driver got closer. He did require Zell payment on drop off and that was a non-issue (always recommend double checking any time you Zelle someone money). Sergio verified his Zell account and when he received payment.
Very happy with our experience. They take pictures of the car when it's dropped off to document any scratches or damage. Would recommend
