Laura was a life saver! We had been working with another transport company who had charged us and never picked up the vehicle.
Laura was very professional, explained every step in great detail and stayed in contact with us the entire time. She was constantly watching the board, looking for a transporter and was able to locate one within 24 hours! Such a blessing after "working" with a company that stole our money and then ignored our calls for over 3 weeks.
Laura didn't charge us until the driver picked up the vehicle, there weren't any hidden surprises. A very pleasant experience and I am very thankful that we were able to work with Vehicle Shipping Group. Will definitely use them agai.
