Updated info: received a phone call at 7:30 am asking me to not cancel and he was trying to "explain" why he did not make the original date. Claimed he had a broken axle. Was stating pieces of info from contract as though I had no right to refuse service. I told him I did not want him and he said no one else cancelled and he was a day late for all of them. I pointed out the fact that it was 4 days for me . I hung up 2 hours later he called back asking if he would discount the price would I take his service and again I replied no I was not comfortable with his service. He told me he was at the car when we were speaking. I said do not touch the car he should not be there. I hung up again. He called back right away and told me that I should worry about the back window Mother F- - -. (The reason he said that is because it is hard to find the back window and very costly which was a comment I made through the broker that the driver needed to please be careful with) Again DO NOT USE very unprofessional and just a rotten person. STAY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN
