My car was picked exactly when they said it would be. they evened waited until they were sure I would be home from a doctor's appointment. I couldn't beleive they could go from Tampa, fl to Henderson ,Nv in two days. The driver was very courteous and answered any question I had for him. They kept the receiver well informed about the transport,
