Everything I was told on the phone was followed to the letter. The driver contacted me and gave me plenty of notice, and we agreed on the time and day. He was very polite and so was Tony. This was my first time transporting a vehicle and I was a little aprehensive at first, but it was all professionally handled and clearly explained to me by Tony. I am going to have to move another car very soon, and I will call Viking again for sure.
