Paul was very courteous and knowledgeable, and was more than willing to help me get my imported car that I had sent from Japan to Virginia. He was very easy to get a hold of, and he made sure I had no worries, and made the process as simple as possible. He was even willing to find a driver who can arrange TWIC escort, and get a money order to pay the port for storage fees. I had to do nothing but pay what was needed. Pricing was transparent, and now I have my car I waited months for. Would definitely use his services again!
