Jannah provided excellent service. She took the time to go over all details with me, answer all my questions and was accessible for follow-up questions/issues. No hold times. The price was much lower than I expected. As noted above, the car arrived surprisingly (to me, I have never done this before) dirty, but that's just one car wash. Jannah did an excellent job as a broker. Weber Auto Transport is a transportation broker. They are not the actual carrier which transports the cars. Communication with the actual carrier was very unsatisfactory. Scheduling seemed to be left up to the (very arrogant) driver - several pick-up appointments were missed. However, Jannah helped me in every way she could. She even followed-up and made certain that the driver had actually picked up the car (on the last possible day - we were moving).
