Extremely Disappointed

Weber Auto Transport basically gave too low a bid for my vehicle, then could not find anyone to transport my vehicle within a reasonable time frame. They kept tellin me that about 90% percent of their vehicles were picked up within one (1) to seven (7) days. The thing is most times you will find yourselves in the 10%, therefore the statement is dishonest.

Customer Service is basically based on very nice sounding women, when it takes a long time before you get your vehicle. They only started to return my calls after about twenty calls and numerous complaints.

My vehicle was ready for pickup before I contracted their service on September 27, 2011. It was picked up on October 15, 2011, then delivered on October 17, 2011.

I was told over the phone then informed by email, that my vehicle would be picked up approximately one (1) to seven (7) days after it was ready for pickup. I was also told and informed by email that my vehicle would be delivered approximately four (4) days after pick-up.

They removed the money from my account the same day I contacted them on September 27, 2011. They also got a trucker to take my vehicle on October 11, 2011. I called the trucker many times and all was well till the day of pickup. When I called the trucker on the day of pickup he said his truck was totaled the day before.

Furthermore their refund policy is thirty days, so I cannot get my vehicle and I cannot get my refund in time to get another carrier. I felt fleeced, tricked and like I was being held hostage.

WEBER CAME TO THIS SITE AND STATED THAT I WAS NOT A CUSTOMER OF THEIRS EVEN THOUGH THE ORDER NUMBER WAS IN MY REVIEW.

Kirk is tellinng the truth. we could not move the vehicle in a reasonable time, then the first carrier who totaled his truck on the way to YOUR house get the order? How then did the second carrier who has already delivered your car get the order? Also why would you get a refund if you had your car delivered. We can't please everyone. Our outstanding record speaks for itself. We wish Kirk well.
