Accepted order and dispatched. We were told that customer was to pay remainder with CC when dispatched. When dispatched to carrier, card was declined. Customer called and canceled the next day. And yes if we don't arrange shipment we will refund. However we did arrange the shipment with the carrier as agreed. Since then I have called the customer 3 times with no response.
