After I foolishly made an upfront payment on 6/5 I heard nothing from this company until I started emailing and calling them for status. I finally cancelled the order with Gary on Monday 6/22 and I was told to contact Wayne "the owner" to request a refund. I received no confirmation of the cancellation so I emailed and called both Gary and Wayne seeking confirmation of cancellation and refund. No response at all. Out of the blue on 6/26 a driver from US Car Transport called my Mother's cell phone and says he's ready to pick up the car. I assume this is an attempt by Webster Relocation to keep the refund and argue that the order was never cancelled and in fact it was filled. I've already notified my credit card company of this fraudulent company and I am seeking to stop payment. All I ask is a refund.

Customer not returning any calls and/or messages. Trying to correct any concerns is hard to do when no contact.
