I moved from WA state-Virginia and shipped my car on 6/24/16. My car was supposed to be delivered by Tues., 7/5 or sooner. The drive was estimated to me to be a 10 day drive. The contract states that the car may be late, but I moved across the country and had ZERO communication with West Coast Auto except two days before my car was delivered (WHICH WAS 5 DAYS LATE). I had called and left voice messages daily since 6/30/16 to find out where was my car was even located – no calls back and/or dispatch was unable to reach the driver for 3 days. After a series of phone calls, I did not hear back until 7/8 that my car would not be there until 7/9. On that day, Jen the “supervisor” called me to let me know my car would be (more) late. After I continued to ask why there was such lack of communication prior to or around 7/5 to let me know the car would be later than expected, Jen started SCREAMING at me stating that’s why she was calling now (already 3 days late), which didn’t make sense. She ended up hanging up on ME.
