I went through Premium auto movies by Noah, who I recommend as a broker for car transport. However, decline the offer if he or ANYONE recommends West Coast Auto Transport Service. They are rude!!! Drivers did not speak much English and was non-negotiable with the time frame for my car pick up. I am a 28 y.o. Female that moved from Oregon to Florida. I have no relatives here, so I heard that the car delivery was door to door, which was reassuring. I was given a call 3 hours before the call arrived, telling me the car would arrived at midnight. I tried to negotiate a place to meet so that if needed, I can uber to a parking spot if they cannot get into my apartment complex but they kept saying it will be delivered to the apartment and then hung up. My apartment complex is gated, so I knew a semi-truck cannot go into the complex. However, my apartment complex is in front of a 6 lane street (7 if you count the middle lane). SO THEY HAD PLENTY OF ROOM TO DROP MY CAR OFF AND DO A U-TURN IF NEEDED TO LEAVE. I figured since it was midnight, there was no cars so they can just pull on the side of one of the 7 lanes and turn on the blinker. NOPE. Midnight they call and said that they cannot get into my street. The reason was that they street doesn't allow it. I tried to argue that I see semi-truck on this road ALL THE TIME! Even my renters says that there was no such rule! Instead, they just told me to meet them a mile down the road in the CVS parking lot. WHY THE HELL DID THEY NOT TELL ME THAT WHEN I ASKED THEM 2 HOURS BEFORE?! That would have given me time to figure out how to get there. So I walked a mile at midnight to meet them while on a phone with my friend in case anything happens to me, cuz the company seems shady. They were not at the CVS parking, instead they were further down. When I told the driver that you could have pulled into my street, he blamed it on his second driver. He was too pleased to get my money and leave. ASSHOLES. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY, ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE MOVING SOMEWHERE ALONE AND HAS NO HELP OR SUPPORT. THEY WILL MAKE YOU WALK IF IT'S CONVENIENT FOR THEM!!!! RUN THE OPPOSITE WAY!!!
