Transported a Mercedes SDL 350 from Staten Island, NY to Longview, TX. The car was picked up earlier than planned, but took longer to arrive. Along the way the carrier had a hydraulic problem. Hydraulic oil covered the car along with snow with road debris from that then dirty rain. The car arrived late and filthy. It cost an additional $75 to have the exterior cleaned from the damage the carrier put it through.
