We were having trouble getting a responsible operation to move our car across the country. No call backs, bait and switch tactics, etc. Mel reached out to us and offered to help. After a brief conversation and within 10 minutes, she had identified a responsible carrier to handle our shipment. Our driver contacted us, kept us up-to-date on logistics and timing, and everything went smooth and according to plan. Information flow, communication, professionalism and a personal touch were all excellent with Mel, her business and the driver we worked with for the transport. Mel and Wheelsup Auto Transport is a diamond in a sea of rocks!
