My wife and I purchased a used Lexus suv from Massachusetts dealer online looking to be shipped to Virginia. I requested some quotes online. Melanie was one of the first of many people to contact me. I like good communication and she was available when needed via e-mail or telephone. Wheels Up is a broker service and will connect you with a carrier for a fee. The brokers will advertise a competitive price to carriers and carriers will look to fit vehicles on to their routes and trucks. Melanie’s prices I feel are fair. I received many similar or much higher quotes. She did not charge us or ask for us to until she had negotiated a carrier to pick up the vehicle. She accepted a credit card for he broker fee. The carrier was Right Freight. I was out of town and they delivered the vehicle from MA to VA and my wife paid the driver COD. I feel comfortable recommending her service and would use Wheels Up again.
