I purchased a car from Rick Case Honda and the shipping was arranged with A&L. The broker assigned the car to Wolf Den Logistics Corp who picked up the car. They picked it up on a Friday and brought it to Arizona on Monday. They caused over $2000 dollars damage to the car. The driver and the logistical coordinator were very demanding and intimidating. I was afraid if I did not pay them the driver would have caused more damage to the car. It was delivered at 9:30pm and I was forced to pay to get the car released. The driver denied all damage and the insurance company would not pay because they had so many claims and could not contact the company.
