Worst Experience and NO Refund

I would never use this company. After quoting me $950 and taking a $450 deposit, I received terrible customer service. When "Tom" did answer the phone he was caustic, rude, and downright unhelpful. On top of this, he lied to me constantly. After speaking with another company, I finally got answers to why my car wasn't being picked up: he underquoted the transport and had been lying about any carrier picking it up. I contracted with another company who delivered my car within 2 weeks. This company refuses to discuss refunding my money even though they did nothing. Now, when I call to talk about my refund, I'm consistently told that the "refund department" is not in and given the "next day they will be in". When I call on that day, they, of course, are not in. This is because "they" don't exist. I'm not sure I'll ever see my money again but I'm going to keep trying. DO NOT use this company. And, don't use any company that requires a deposit upfront. Any reputable company will take money only after services are rendered. I didn't pay a cent until my car was delivered with AAA Roadrunners.
