These people had no intention of picking up my son's car (At US Coast Guard base) and deliver it back home.
Never called to set a pick-up time and when asked for my refund, I get the "runaround" "when the accountant gets around to it. It has been over a year now. Do not waste your time/money with them.
And they did not use a gun, and the government has done nothing so far, what a shame.
