Once my order was placed to ship my vehicle, I never heard from the broker who helped me schedule it ever again, until after my car was delivered because he wanted a review. I was contacted by Worldwide Auto Shipping with the name and contact number for the driver and it was all the wrong information. My car was 36 hours late for delivery. And, the truck driver tried to tell me that I owed him more money when I had in writing that I had paid him the full amount. This company will never answer your calls after you pay the $275 service fee. I spoke with the owner once, he was no help, and then someone besides the broker I used for my initial scheduling, contacted me with the details for pick up / drop off of my vehicle. I would give them 0 / 5 stars but that wasn't an option.
