I do not understand what is meant here. If a carrier picks up a vehicle and the customer is not at the delivery location for an extended period of time the drivers have no choice but to have a storage facility hold the vehicle. The customer is responsibled for all storage fees. This is an industry standard. Its unfortunate but the trucks cant wait to long when a customer doesnt show up for delivery. They have many cars that need to be dropped off. This is another reason why the delivery dates are estimated.
We do operate within a 92-94% success rate within the industry. We are servicing nearly 10,000 customers a year so there will always be some issues that come up. Unfortunately, bad press is always reported first.
