I picked this company to transport my daughter's vehicle because they had relatively high reviews and their bid was one of the lower ones...good lesson on getting what you pay for. This is not a "worry free transport" company...if you go with them, you better begin worrying right from the day you send them your deposit. They told me that pick-up would be arranged in 3-10 days but that they could deliver the vehicle by the date I requested. I had to constantly call for updates, they rarely returned my calls and ultimately told me they could not deliver the vehicle...the day after it was to have been delivered. I advised them that I'd have to purchase an ailrline ticket back to Ga and then drive the car to Va...they could have cared less. Don't waste your money or your time on this company...they have absolutely no idea what good customer service is.

Mr. Miles was told before he booked his order that pickup would be arranaged within 3 to 10 business days from the first available date but that we could NOT guarantee a delivery date. It was discussed with him on several occasions that we would contact him as soon as we found a driver. We move so many cars that we do not have time to contact every customer every day unless we have an update but he was encouraged to call anytime to check status. I can assure you that ALL PHONE CALLS are returned by a Worry Free Customer Service Representative!!! We do care very much that the move did not work out for Mr. Miles.
