I placed my order on Monday and received an email saying it would be 7 to 10 days. I got a call on Wednesday saying they found someone. The car was picked up on Thursday and delivered Friday. Based on all the reviews it looks like things were either great or horrible. My thought is that Worry Free finds a driver and the "fault" lies with the driver. My driver was excellent. He called beforehand to confirm, showed up on-time, loaded the car, called about an hour prior to reaching the destination, unloaded the car and parked it in the driveway. He was very courteous and professional.

Prior to going with Worry Free, I received about 10 quotes. Worry Free was not the cheapest but one of the cheapest. Price quotes ranged from $320 to $700. Most quotes were accompanied with scary emails talking about how everyone else was going to take your money and run. I like that Worry Free had an open forum. No matter what line of business you're in some people will be happy and some won't. But a business that allows anyone to enter comments, good or bad is confident with their offering.
