Bottom line - Worry Free could not deliver

First, let me say that my emails were promptly responded to in every instance, most often by Diane. In addition, when I wanted to move the "date available" up, Diane at Worry Free worked with me on an earler date.

The bottom line, however, is Worry Free Transport let me down. They could not pick up and deliver my car. The explanation was that no driver could be found and I'll bet with the way gas prices changed from the time of my deposit and quote of $595 to the time of my intended delivery (about a couple months), probably no driver would transport my car 1100 miles for that price. If that's not the case, fine. If that is the case, Worry Free could have been up front with me about it and I probably would have paid more to deliver. But I was given no options.

As it was, I was forced to buy a one-way plane ticket and drive my car back from southwest Louisiana to Wisconsin at great inconvenience to me. Worry Free couldn't come through for me and I can't recommend them. Sorry, Worry Free.

The window of 3 to 10 business days from the first available date is an approximation on all orders submitted to Worry Free Transport. It is clearly stated on our website and the shipping agreement the customer must fill out and agree to. Robert did not seem to understand "the first available date" so I worked with him personally on finding a date that satisfied him. The price he was given was NOT out of line. All quotes are given based on mileage. We did not ask Robert to pay more money out of his own pocket because Worry Free added the $100.00 deposit he had paid us to find a driver to the total price for a truck driver in hopes it would be picked up by the 10th business day. We are very sorry that Robert was inconvenienced but once in while every company has a car that does not move. That is why we have "a money back guarantee" for the customer.
