Let me start by saying I was terrified to go through this process again. I had 2 consecutives horrible experiences with Nationwide and Reliable, my neighbor gave me Alex's phone # and I took a shot. She is the dispatcher that books Kevin's loads. After we spoke the first time we scheduled a date for the following month, then se called me a week before. Kevin got lost getting here, but nothing crazy. In Florida they brought my car on a flatbed and that made my life a lot easier since I didnt have to walk outside my complex! I will use them again and I recommend Alex and her team!
