Still waiting for an explanation why and how the entire rear windshield had to be replaced. GLASS EVERYWHERE IN THE CAR ON THE CAR IN THE POCKETS UNDER THE CARPETS EVERYWHERE. And the replacement windshield no longer has a defroster that works and the antenna only works marginally. So I would say this is more than a depreciation loss to me and the value of the car has just gone down dramatically. I see open carriers every day with even NEW cars so that should not be the reason for this. Attempts to contact carrier of course are in vain so I am glad I found this site so I could get the matter off my chest and in the open somewhere. I will do more research next time if and when I need to ship a car again- I had no idea of the inner workings of this industry nor did I expect my experience to be this bad.
