My car arrived in North Carolina on the quoted day, however, the driver was late and delivered the car at 10:30 at night and it was raining. Due to size of the truck, he wanted to deliver it in a parking lot, and he chose a parking lot that was not lit. Due to the lighting and weather, inspecting the car was difficult. The driver said it was fine to inspect it the next day and report any damage. There was damage, scratches and a dent. It appears they drove my car into the back of another car or the trailer itself. I reported the damage, was given instructions on how to make a claim. I followed those instructions, submitted the pictures, the estimates, everything they asked for and now I can't get the company to return my phone calls. Its been over two weeks and no one will return my phone calls or emails.

Stay away from these guys.
