DO NOT USE THEM TO MOVE ANYTHING, NOT EVEN YOUR TRASH ! !In January 2012, we had our sons Mustang moved to Langley AFB, VA from Bakersfield, CA. The pick-up went as scheduled, delivered on time. Unfortunately the roof was damged in transit. Contacted Orlando, began claims process. Orlando says they will pay after receiving estimate on repairs. Sent estimate, pictures, everything he asked for. Don' hear from Orlando for 2 weeks. Contacted him and hes says all infor has been lost. Resend info, Orlando says they will send a check and after a week calls and messages to Orlando are ignored. Sam agrees to handle things for Orlando who is now on "vacation." Sam says accounting has paperwork and to call back. Call back results in conversation with Steve, manger. Steve now informs us that they are not responsible and that the carrier they used was independent of Xpress and the owner/operator/driver is responsible. The paperwork is clearly that of Xpress. It is now April and our patience is gone. These guys are a nightmare.
