After booking, they would not pick up nor deliver car from agreed address. I had to deliver car totheir Gardena, CA address and pick up car ar local Target store. Car was damaged (backed into an object damaging the bumper). They denied claim hiding behind the damage was hidden by dirt and overlooked by receiving inspector. If you use them be zure to obtain their liability insurance certificate and verify coverage. I sent my claim directly to their listed insurance company only to be told they had no current policy.
