On November 28 I paid $200 deposit for my car to be picked up on the 30 and arrive at my destination on the 2nd. So that my vehicle would be where I would be by the time i flew out there. The pick up did not happen until the 1st the day before I was preparing to leave. No one called to inform me of the late pick up. I had to call them to see what was going on. So car gets picked up on the first I catch my flight and the 2nd passed, the 3rd passed the 4th passed and at this point the driver and everyone are now forwarding my calls. Finally i receive a message from the driver telling me that the car is in VA he trailer caught fire, but my car was not damage. So then I tried to call Auto transports to have them explain to me what happen. They knew absolutely nothing. Finally after sending 30 texts messages to the driver he gives me the towing companies name. I call them and they tell me the tracker burn up 5 cars and they are unsure if my car was damage. But here were really nice cars that were involved. So i then call Auto transport to get the company THEY hired and outsourced information and insurance. I call the insurance and the driver had stolen the insurance and all those cars would have to be covered through there own insurance. Fast forward my car was not damage but only two cars on that truck were privately own and they wanted our personal insurance to cover the whole trailer $30,000. I asked Auto Transport for their information and they said they are not responsible for any money. I was able to plea with the tow company to release my car. Auto transport refuses to refund my money. The only kind thing they did was reschedule a driver who I still had to pay $400 dollars to. But I just recieved my car after having to spend 10 days in a hotel with my babies.
