I hired Xpress Transport thru an auto transport wholesaler to deliver my car to FL. I was told the driver was on his way from 10 miles from me at 10:30 am and he would arrive within the hour. At 4:30, I called the company, and they were surprised that he had not arrived yet. Checking his GPS, they saw that he had not even left yet! He finally arrived at 8:30 PM.
Two days later, I called him to see what time he would arrive so my friends would know. He told me he quit and had walked away from the trailer. I called the company, and again they were surprised.
My car eventually arrived at 9 pm and was FILTHY. Part of the contract says that they will wash the car. They didn't. Then the new driver wasn't told that I had paid the previous driver with a cashiers check. No one could be reached. He finally released the car to my friends after we all tried to reach the company without success.
