Once the vehicle finally did arrive, the owner of Turbo Express, AKA Harris transport, failed to Shackle down the vehicle adequately and did more damage to the back doors. I agreed to let them fix the vehicle and I ended up having to go and retrieve the vehicle from what looked like a Chop Shop! Paid a $550 Ransom as well. Pulled a complete background information package on the owner, Michael Dangelo Knight, 15 page criminal history record, CDL and insurance revoked due to aggressive driving. Can't believe people run their businesses or lives like this :/
