Never even consider this company

UPDATE: After submitting the review below I received a phone call from one of the owners. She seemed to be really alarmed by the situation and truly seemed compassionate to my situation. Thank you YBS for taking the time to try and resolve the experience and to make me like I mattered to your company

My family and I were stationed overseas the past 4 years and returned Stateside early June. Everything in our life right now is insanely complicated as we are trying to find our way in this new city we have relocated to. The only thing we knew for sure is that we have a car in Georgia and we wanted it in California. We set up for YBS Logistics to pick up our car from Georgia at the end of May so that our car would be ready for us when we landed in CA. It is now June 18th and we still don't have a car which means we had to rent a car and pay additional fees of $1,000+ that we were not prepared to spend.

We called just about every day to inquire on the status of our vehicle only to be told that they were working on it and hopefully it would be picked up soon. YBS most definitely took there money but never provided the promised services outlined in our contract. They have made our return to the States a million times more difficult and very expensive. 18 days after our scheduled pick up date we called to tell them we give up and are moving on to another company and they said, "we are sorry you will not give us a 2nd chance". I'm not a math major but I am pretty sure thay had 18 chances and in the mean time we still dont' have a car.

It is so disappointing to know that my husband works hard to protect and serve our country and leave his family behind for months at a time to protect companies/and people with such corrupt and inept practices. Thank you YBS for screwing us over!
