I have received a quote from this company for transporting my Audi from Oregon to Texas and I have paid deposit and reserve the pick up date one week earlier. They told me that the carrier was assigned and the vehicle will be picked up on 8/15/2017 and they never showed up. I called them several times, no response from them. Finally, he called me and said the transport company has mechanical issues, so they could not pickup and he was clearly a liar. I asked them to refund the deposit and he said it will be refunded in couple of days, but he never did it, so I had to call my credit card company and dispute the transaction finally. It's a BIG SCAM and FRAUD and I would suggest people to stay away from this company.
