I was very satisfied with the services Rossi provided. She was very polite and honest. I had spoke to and emailed several other companies before I spoke to Rossi. Their automated emails were deceiving and they were dishonest. I know that Durango CO was off route for the drivers but Rossi never gave up trying to find me a driver and she always responded promptly to my emails and calls.
