It’s important to note, however, that given the notoriously mercurial nature of the Auto Shipping industry nationwide, Yellowfin has made it of paramount importance to ensure our Shipping Agreements address all the nuts and bolts of auto shipping procedures and practices so that we eliminate the surprise factor for our customers. If you revisit our terms of service, we clearly address the fact that requested dates and times can never be guaranteed due to the numerous variable that can affect a Carrier’s progress on the road. In addition, your Yellowfin Advisor maintained constant contact with your Carrier in order to provide you with regular status updates. You were informed that your Carrier had been held up to to severe traffic congestion on his route and that your vehicle would be delivered, at the latest, the very next day. According to our email records, however, you refused to accept this explanation. We are very happy to know, however, that you received your vehicle in perfect condition and, as promised, the next day. Should you require it, the Carrier recorded video evidence of the traffic congestion that caused severe delay on his route and can be provided upon request.
