The driver(s) of the transport dropped our new truck while loading it on the transport carrier. We were not present at the time of loading because our flight left earlier in the day, but we have witnesses who saw the loading. When the transport delivered and unloaded our truck, it looked okay on the exterior, but we soon discovered that it was damaged and was undriveable. It was stuck in 4-wheel drive and lights were lit up all over the dash. We had to have it towed to a dealership, and it cost us $1,026.00 to fix the damage. Zone Logisitics drivers denied that they dropped the truck, and denied that they caused any damage. Initially they refused to pay for the damage, but then agreed to pay $450.00 out of the $1,000.00 bill. We thought we hired professionals to transport our new truck across the country, but instead they damaged our vehicle, and then denied doing so. I would never use this company again.
