I needed to ship a beautiful Norton N15. First I tried the more popular names to no avail. The web sights were horrible. It was like trying to navigate off the shores of Cape Hatteras in a storm in a row boat. Very very frustrating. Then I tried the phone only to receive the same run around. Finally I called Payless Shipping. Lisa beat everybody by hundreds of dollars,kept me informed with every move that was being made, could of gotten bike in 3-4 days. All communication was done by phone and email and text. Driver called me, helped me roll bike to my garage. Great driver also. Ive got a 1967 BSA West coast Hornet and a Norton Commando Combat to ship when they sell. Guest who Im using?
