Disingenious and possibly illegal organization

REFUND CHECK BOUNCED. DO NOT GIVE THEM TIME OF DAY OR BUSINESS.
1. Your services were grossly misrepresented by your sales staff. Nineteen days ago we were advised that if we entered into agreement with your company, our car could be picked up in 3-6 days for transport. We have waited 3-10 times longer than you advised us for anything to happen and nothing has happened. There has not even been a hint that there has been movement on this order.
2. In addition, we have been unable to speak with a representative of your company the numerous times that we have attempted to make contact. This includes my husband taking time from his duties in Iraq to attempt to deal with this issue. We have received a couple of e-mails and a couple of phone messages (at the phone number we have on more than one occasion requested not be used) that advise us that the dispatch services are "working on it." We cannot make contact through your website nor can we reach a person through your phone number to have an actual conversation, even though your web advertisements pretend that a representative can be reached 24/7.
I see that the company has cleverly covered themselves in the terms and conditions, which were never explained to us nor even pointed out, from a full refund of our $200 fee paid up front. This has been a dismal experience, and we have changed to a new shipper. We expect a refund of all monies due us and a confirmation of some sort that this is actually going to happen.
