We back up that our average turn around time for a vehicle is 1-7 days however we always specify in writing that we can't guarantee exact pick up or drop off dates. Some routes are tougher then others. Also we don't call customers to inform them that we don't have a carrier assigned to their vehicle as that would be redundant and most of our customers prefer to have a call once we have a carrier assigned. Paul is 100% incorrect in the fact that we charged his credit card a deposit since we NEVER charge anything unless we have a carrier assigned to their vehicle. I think Paul is mistaking the order form that was sent out which specifies that the deposit is for $100, however we assure Paul wouldn't be able to produce a single bank or credit card statement reflecting any charges from our company. We tried to have his vehicle shipped in a timely manner and cancelled his order without any type of charges to him which is more then what we can say for other brokers out there as they would charge you up front.
