Victor promised to deliver a vehicle several times but couldn't locate a driver. I was told that he had a driver and needed the $100.00 DEPOSIT right away. I filled out the form and agree to the deposit even though it didn't state $100.00 specifically. Victor never delivered a driver or the car. Finally I found another company. I notified Victor so he wouldn't waste his time looking for another driver. When I checked my VISA, AP Cargo had charged me $200.00. Victor NEVER INFORMED me that there would be a charge if I canceled. AP Cargo Express charged $200.00 for NO SERVICES! This company uses the Bait System to lure you in. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
