0 STARS! This company STEALS your money! Victor sent me a proposal and promised a driver either on Monday or by Tuesday "100%". I sent him my credit card number and was only GOING TO BE CHARGED $100.00, WHEN THEY FOUND A DRIVER. Victor NEVER FOUND A DRIVER! This is a bait and switch technique. Finally I found another company to deliver the vehicle and canceled my order. I didn't want him to waste his time. My credit card was then charged $200.00! I WAS NEVER TOLD OF A CANCELATION FEE! On their form in small print, states the fee. DON'T USE A P CARGO EXPRESS! THEY CHARGED $200.00 AND DIDN'T PROVIDE ANY SERVICES!
