HORRIBLE service, liars, and theives

UPDATE
It has now been 14 business days from when this company said they would issue a refund (7-10 biz days) and i have yet to recieve my money or even a phone call/email back from him even though I have called and emailed several times.


ORIGINAL REVIEW
As soon as they get your deposit money, you will not hear from them again. They told us it would be 1-7 days for pickup of our motorcycle. On the 7th day after we had left 3 voicemails, and 2 emails, he finally emailed to say he was "working on" our order and did not know when he could have someone pick up the bike yet. On day #10 after another 2 voicemails and 3 emails (unreturned), i sent a request in writing via email for a refund of our money. Well, of course THEN he had time to write me back - 3 times! to argue with me about refunding ALL of my money!! He said they keep $25!!! for WHAT? he didn't DO anything except screw me around. VERY rude and unprofessional. it's now been almost 3 weeks and i STILL have not gotten my refund.

DO NOT USE these guys - they WILL screw you over.

This is just a case of a vehicle not moving in time and customer cancelled. They didnt review the website apparently as we place all conditions on it to view for free before anyone places the order. We have on our order system that if they sign the order sheet they have read and agreed to the terms set forth. I guess they forgot or didnt bother to read the terms and conditions so remember to do so if you place an order with us, just a kind reminder.As you notice they didnt write that the deposit was returned like they did to say everything was horrible. The deposit was returned in the timeframe set forth and all is well in transport land. Thanks for listening. Larry
