If I could do 4.5/5.0 I would, because it didn't go "perfectly", but it went pretty well, so I'm erring on the 5-star side.
It only took a week from pick-up to delivery to get my car from MA to CA.
It was kind of tricky to coordinate the departure of my car because my boyfriend was signing for it. I'm not entirely sure how the departure went, since I wasn't there. I think the story was that the pickup was going to happen either that night or the next morning, but then ended up happening that morning, so my boyfriend missed trivia night waiting that night.
The arrival of my car went pretty well. I had originally put San Francisco as the pickup location, but my job is in Foster City, so Caesar was nice enough to go to Foster City and find a place for me to pick up my car. The pick up was a little bit later in the day than the original window, but I think that's reasonable because the location changed.
Because my car was in an open carrier and traveled across the country, it was dirty when I got it. I just took it through a car wash and everything was fine. There was no damage.
We will be shipping another car with An Accurate Auto Carrier, if possible.
