the car arrived earlier than the projected date given to the broker, however, Cezar first promised Thursday at the earliest, Friday for sure. When I called mid-week, he was still in "nevada" or so he claimed. On Saturday, he told me he would be in the area on Sunday late afternoon/early morning. However, Sunday he called to tell me late night; however, when push came to shove, it became obvious it would be Monday morning. Monday morning he told me he would be there between 1130 and 12. We waited until 1145 when I called him, however, he did not pick up. We called again at 1215 when he said he was 20 miles away. He finally arrived at 1245 (or so he said) but by then we ran an errand instead of sitting in the parking lot waiting for him. Car arrived very dirty and the statements he made about being the first car to be dropped off were untrue.
