Made Everyone Wait till 10:30 at night and never called

Was to have been picked up at 7pm and at 10:30 we had to call them and they said oh we don't know and then I finally got the driver on the phone and he said he was in Ohio and does not know anything about my Mustang and his truck was full. so that means they found a higher paying load and bumped our car off the truck and never bothered to call anyone and tell them.
Total disrespect for peoples time and all they care about are the higher paying loads so if they are going to pick your car up be weary because they might find something better at the eleventh hour.
